Lodestone Adventures organizes retreats and specialized programs that use Zip Line activities to facilitate teambuilding and outdoor education outcomes. Like a traditional challenge course, Zip Lines are a tool to facilitate adventure and give participants a chance to push their personal limits.
Zip Lines were originally developed by scientists to gain easy access to the tree tops and forest canopies in order to study the animals that live there. Lodestone has designed outdoor education programs that utilize the unique access of the forest and canyons that only a zip line provides. The lines are used to transport a group from place to place to experience the outdoor environment and gain a perspective from the tree top canopy that cannot be otherwise experienced from the ground.
