We went to leadership development training.

I am a principal at a high school and took my department chairs to a team building and leadership development program. As a principal I feel that it was important for department chairs to go through some kind of leadership training. The group seemed to really enjoy the team building activities and the leadership development program. I'd like to make leadership development training a regularly scheduled activity. Our building and team can only become stronger with team building and leadership development.
