I did leadership development training

I started off by attending youth retreats and as I got older I wanted to find out about leadership development. So, I contacted them and gathered information about leadership development training. The youth retreats were fun, but I just grew up. I figured if I could get in to leadership development training I would be able to explore some options. The leadership development program they had was wonderful. So, I decided to go through the leadership development training. Maybe one day I can become a youth leader and run a youth retreat, but until then I am going to do leadership development training.
