Lodestone Adventures team building, corporate development and leadership development training programs take place in a variety of contexts, indoors and out. Utilizing sites nationwide, a Lodestone Adventures program can consist of a one-day event or a week-long leadership development conference.

All Lodestone Adventures team building, corporate development and leadership development training programs are custom-designed to meet the specific needs and objectives of each of our clients.


"Unleashing Your Team's Potential" - Two to Three Day Team building Retreat
Lodestone Adventures "Unleashing Your Team's Potential" is a unique two to three day corporate development and leadership development training experience that includes exciting team building activities that create lasting results.

Program Description
The first evening of the corporate development and leadership development training retreat begins with stimulating team building activities designed to break down barriers and establish a strong foundation for the rest of the program. The following morning, this exciting team building process continues with adventurous group activities designed to challenge the leadership team with increasing intensity. The day consists of continued discovery of key team building concepts that are presented through exhilarating hands on leadership development activities, and learning sessions. These team building activities focus on higher levels of communication, team cooperation, high performance leadership development skills, and risk-taking in the corporate work environment. The final day of the Lodestone Adventures team building program is dedicated to cementing the profound learning from the previous day's events into practical application back in the corporate workplace.

One of the key components that sets the Lodestone Adventures team building programs apart is the experience and expertise of our facilitation team. Lodestone Adventures professional staff will assist your organization in creating lasting leadership results from your development training program. Studies at Brock University show that long-lasting results are achieved through facilitation that focuses on transferring the learning that occurs in the field and integrating it into the workplace.

High Ropes Adventure
Lodestone's High Ropes adventure leadership development activities are a life changing experience! Secured via safety lines, the participants traverse cables thirty to forty feet above the ground, leaving their "comfort zone." These exhilarating team building activities offer the opportunity for the participants to experience risk-taking safely, and to challenge themselves to move beyond perceived limits. With the aid and encouragement of their teammates, participants experience the true meaning of team support. Let the "Tarzan Traverse," "Partnership Walk," "Corporate Ladder," or "Leap of Faith" be one of the many High Ropes corporate development activities your group experiences.

Team Challenge Course
Exciting team-focused ground based leadership development activities are an integral part of the Lodestone Adventures experience. Through a series of interactive problem solving activities, the team is challenged to accomplish tasks through teambuilding strategic planning, collaboration, communication, trust and most importantly ... teamwork.

Challenging the "Mission Impossible," overcoming the "Team Wall" and out-thinking "Hyper Herbie" are just a few of the many team building favorites.

Leadership Development Program Debrief and Follow-Up
"Debriefing" is one of the most important components of Lodestone Adventure corporate development programs, and an essential key in producing lasting results. The group is encouraged to discuss with one another their combined team building experiences and new learnings.

Through the help of the "Commitment Board," the group designs an action plan that will work in the corporate workplace, and creates guidelines to help instill the leadership learning that has been discovered.

Follow Up programs after a Lodestone Adventures leadership development experience are available and encouraged. Lasting change is proven to be an ongoing process which benefits from continued team building commitment and reinforcement. Lodestone's "Follow Up" programs can be implemented at our client's facility or an off-site location. The Follow Up program may consist of a 2 - 4 hour program or a one-day experience, indoors or out.
